DMCA / Copyright
Last updated: May 2026
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. PornoNet.LV is an index that links to and displays adult media published by third parties; in most cases we do not host the original files. Nevertheless, we will promptly remove or disable access to material on the Website upon receipt of a valid notice.
How to file a copyright (DMCA) notice
Send a written notice to our designated contact below. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the exact URL(s) on this Website.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone and e-mail).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.
Where to send it
- Designated copyright / DMCA agent
Please put “DMCA” or “Copyright” in the subject line. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including: your signature; identification of the material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or remove links and content associated with parties who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
