This Privacy Policy explains how Sensora, SIA (Reg. No. 40203240423, Latvia, EU) — the operator of PornoNet.LV (the “Website”) — processes personal data. We are the data controller. We respect your privacy and process the minimum amount of data needed to run the Website. The Website is intended for adults only (18+).

1. What we collect

The Website has no user accounts and no registration, so we do not ask for your name, address or payment details. We process only:

  • Server / technical logs — your IP address, browser type (user-agent), referring page, requested URLs and timestamps. These are generated automatically by the web server.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored in your browser for consent, preferences (e.g. theme) and analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Information you send us voluntarily — e.g. the content of an e-mail, WhatsApp or Telegram message when you contact us (for support, copyright or removal requests).

2. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website, prevent abuse and fraud — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics — to understand aggregate, anonymous usage and improve the Website — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or withdraw via the cookie banner.
  • To answer your requests (support, legal, takedown) — legitimate interest and/or compliance with a legal obligation.

3. Cookies & analytics

4. Third parties

The Website displays and links to adult media that is published by third parties. Images and media may be served directly from third-party hosts. We also use the following service providers, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP) to deliver their service:

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) — usage statistics, only with your consent.
  • Google Fonts and public CDNs (cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg) — to deliver fonts, icons and scripts.
  • Third-party media / image hosts — the original sources of the galleries we link to.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. International transfers

Some providers above are located outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Data retention

Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and abuse prevention and are then deleted or anonymised. Cookies expire according to the lifetimes listed in the Cookie Policy. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

8. Children

The Website contains adult material and is strictly for persons aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly process minors’ data.
